Our Policies

Children stay free, up to 12 years old when accompanied by an adult.

Payment is due upon arrival. Payments may be the following:

Late Arrivals- Please note late arrival (past 10 PM CST) must make prior arrangements with the office.

No Pets Allowed

Office Hours- 7:30 AM- 10:00 PM Personnel on site-24 hours for emergencies.

Pool Hours- 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

We have smoking rooms available. If you choose to smoke (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or vaping, etc.) in a non-smoking room, you will be charged a $200 clean up fee.

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

We do not accept customers as motel guests that reside within a 50-mile radius of Branson.
