Sandpiper Landing Inn Policies
Reservations: are encouraged and will be accepted up to one year in advance. All reservations are subject to approval by the owners.
Local Policy: A local is anyone living within a fifty-mile radius of Branson. We do not rent to locals.
Rates are based on the number of people in your party. Rates can be found on our website. Sales Tax and Tourism Tax will be added to all reservations.
Securing Booking: A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. You will be required to present the credit or debit card that is used for the reservation along with a valid ID at check-in. The name on the ID and the credit card must match exactly.
Payments: Payments are due in full on the day of arrival. Final payments may be made by credit card, debit cards, NFC mobile payment or cash. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation of Reservations: Please contact our office at 417-334-3420 as soon as possible in the event you must cancel. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours before your arrival date will result in charging your credit or debit card for the first night’s stay.
Group Rates: Group Rates are available for reservations of 8 rooms or more. Please call for more information.
Age Requirements: All customers must be 25 years or older to rent a room.
Children: Children under twelve stay free when accompanied by an adult.
Room Assignments: When you make your reservation, a room will be assigned. No specific room requests are guaranteed. We do reserve the right to change room assignments.
Check-in time is between 2 PM – 10 PM. Self-check-in is available for guests arriving after 10:00 pm; please contact us in advance for instructions.
Check-out time is 11 AM or earlier.
No Pets– As much as we love pets, our facility is not equipped to handle pets of any kind. If pets are found on property, you will be charged a fee of $200. Certified service animals are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in Non-Smoking Rooms. Guests choosing to smoke anything in a non-smoking room will be charged a $200 fee.
Housekeeping: Your room will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. Towels and coffee will be provided during the duration of your stay. Housekeeping is available upon request.
Property Damage: Sandpiper Landing Inn will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damage to the guest’s property or items left in the room.
Occupancy Policies: All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 3 people for queen rooms and 5 people for double rooms. If anyone attempts to circumvent these policies, you will be asked to acquire an additional room or to leave with no refund.
Visitors: Outside visitors of our registered guests must register at the office. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. and may not arrive before 8:00 a.m. We are not open to the public and all facilities and amenities are strictly for our registered guests. This includes the pool.
Office Hours– 7:30 AM-10:00 PM.
Pool Rules: Pool Hours- 10:00 AM-10:00 PM. The pool is for registered motel guests only. Children under 14, must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. For additional pool rules please refer to signs posted by the pool.
No Cooking, Cooking Appliances, Combustibles or Fireworks: The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Except for the coffee makers, microwave and refrigerator that we provide, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of $200 will be charged for cooking in a room. Grills are not allowed on motel property without prior approval. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on motel property.
Candles, incense, and essential oils are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking and will be charged a $200 fee.
Parking: Parking is free. We do not have designated parking spaces. We do have boat and trailer parking in limited amounts.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 9:00 AM Guests are not allowed to make excessive noise in the rooms or public areas at any time, if you are making excessive noise. You will be evicted with no refund. Please be considerate of others at all times.
Forgotten Toiletries: We want to make sure you are comfortable, if you have forgotten an item, please come to the front desk.
Towel Abuse: Do not use towels for any other purpose than normal bath-related use. If towel or linens are found to be unusually stained or dirty beyond normal use, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
