With more than 70 different groups and performers making their way to Silver Dollar City fall 2020, it's no wonder that Southern Gospel Picnic is one of America's Premier Southern Gospel events. For 12 days and nights, you'll see back-to-back concerts from chart-topping and award-winning artists. Between shows, savor southern cooking at its finest at an all-you-care-to-eat feast at The House of Chicken & Fixin's and explore one of America's top theme parks. From the sound of sweet harmonies to the smell of fried chicken wafting through the air, you'll feel like you're back on grandpa's front porch listening to the family sing hymn after hymn.
The Forrest Gump Challenge is an awesome CHIP TIMED race held in Branson, MO at Branson Landing. The race is themed after the famous movie, Forrest Gump. Gump costumes are highly recommended! Each runner will receive their race swag in a custom box (looks like a box of chocolates) with the race booklet full of local deals. There will be awesome photo opportunities, Forrest Gump face cut-outs, Forrest Gump bench, etc. All finishers will receive one of our custom designed Forrest Gump themed medals.

A ceremony to honor the victims of 9/11 will be held at the Lest We Forget Memorial located next to the College of the Ozarks Fire Department.
This beautiful and moving ceremony will be hosted by The Brett's and Branson Veterans Task Force and held at Branson Landing in front of the fountains on September 11th. The ceremony is held in observance of the tragedy which changed the world on 9/11/01. Please join us as we pay tribute to the healing, remembrance and reflection of this day, celebrate and honor the nearly three thousand lives lost, and the actions taken by our brave first responders and US Military. All are invited to attend.

The event will be held throughout the entire street of Downing Street in Hollister from 10am to 6pm with live music throughout the day and more live music from a couple venues downtown following 7pm. The festival will include many varying types of entertainment and shopping; including many vendors with a wide array of local artists and artisans, crafts, a lecture series on the Ozarks, street actors, cosplay characters, dancing, yoga sessions, a kids' area, and more! This festival will be a unique festival unlike any other because of this variety in activities. Many festivals are specialized on one of those activities, but SOTO Fest will include all those activities. Some of the notable participators and activities will include Civil War re-enactors, strongman demonstrations, Ozark clogging, CrossFit Branson, an RC Car Parade, Hillbilly Skits, Ozark Mountain Jam Sessions, a chalk walk and painting on the street, an Ozark Beard competition, yoga, Vintage Paris Coffee, Grandma's Goodies and Gumbo, and the kid's area will include inflatables! The event will have free admission for all attendees.
Bransons premier indoor Car show, SHOW ME Shakeup 7 Presented by Pennington Upholstery and Auto Customs will be held at the Branson Convention Center 9/11-13th Friday the 11th will be vendor and vehicle setup day. Saturday and Sunday will be the actual car show dates. All vehicles welcome!
The 47th Annual Autumn Daze Festival will feature homemade crafts, foods, live entertainment and more! Artisans and crafters will exhibit their work during the festival in Historic Downtown Branson. The festival is free to the public. In addition to continuous entertainment and homespun wares, Autumn Daze will also feature a food court, a celebrity autograph booth, a Downtown Branson sidewalk sale and more.

Proceeds from each registration fee will benefit a charitable organization supporting cancer research & support services in each Tanger race location around the country. Pre-registered participants will receive an exclusive race pack. Finishers will also receive a celebratory race medal. Awards will be given to the top three overall runners for males and females in each age category. Race fees vary from $25 to $30 for adults and $15 for kids. Discounts are offered for groups of 8 or more.
